Delivery took longer than I would have expected for an item that was in stock (more than a week). The ordered goods were only dispatched after I asked about the status (they did not reply to my email asking for an update).

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I ordered a phone case for an iPhone 14, but received an iPhone 13 PRO MAX case, which is not the right size at all. Following this, it was impossible to contact customer services. I sent several follow-up messages requesting a returns form and a refund, but still have received nothing. The home page is unavailable or no longer exists; here are the messages I receive.

The order did not arrive within the promised timeframe, and I received no updates about the order I had paid for in advance. Communication was impossible, with no response to emails, WhatsApp, chat… It was extremely difficult to get anything resolved. Eventually, the chat informed me that the goods, which were listed as being in stock, were unavailable and that the order had been cancelled. I am waiting for the payment to be refunded.
