The product is good. I know it and bought it with confidence. However, delivery took a very long time—8 days including the weekend. Disappointed with e-spolu.
The product was not delivered on the agreed date. It was even delivered elsewhere without my consent, rather than to the location I had chosen. Unacceptable.

My order arrived today, exactly after a week, with everything nicely packaged as it should be. The stand fits my GALAXY WATCH ULTRA 2 perfectly :) My watch charges beautifully to 100% :)
They do not respond to emails at all. It is impossible to contact them, and a week after ordering the goods, my order still has not been delivered.

The parcel still hadn’t been delivered since I placed the order on 18 September, so I cancelled it after 10 days. They must have been on holiday, as nobody responded to my order at all.

The order wasn’t delivered within the specified timeframe, and when I contacted them, they even lied to me... I’ll definitely file a complaint with the Slovak Trade Inspection against that shop.
I still don’t have the parcel at home, just 3 emails saying that the delivery date has been postponed. So far, a great disappointment... I can’t rate the products yet, as I still don’t have them at home.
