I was ordering a phone. One day I ordered, the next day it was in the store. The package was undamaged, they also stuck a foil in the box for me. Payment was also possible by card, although the email said that payment was only possible in cash.

Before the order promised delivery in 1-2 working days, after the order 2-3 days and the reality of 4 days, the goods were in stock.
Communication with the store after my call was fine,however, I would not like to alert the seller of the delay as a customer. I should have been informed about the delay without prompting.

Cheap goods over the Internet, but only in the shop after registration and ordering via the Internet. Lots of red tape around that. And besides that, all I had to do was come to the shop, tell the salesman what I wanted. He could have asked for details, e.g. where I'm from, or an email, and it would have been taken care of. The salesman didn't have to be traumatised with me and I didn't have to have unnecessary nerves.
