The ordered goods were mistakenly taken by another entity, after calling the hotline that this was not in the collection point, the response was extremely positive, they were perfect in tracking it down and finally the goods were delivered to my complete satisfaction!!!!!. If you're after price, so be it. I'd rather pay more next time, but I'll get the goods sooner than in a week, elsewhere they pick up the phone if you call them and you don't have to start the order yourself. The shop doesn't answer the phone, but they do answer emails. Emails have grammatical errors...My first and last purchase in this e-shop.
