Very fast and hassle-free delivery of the goods ordered

I’m disappointed – the protection is poor, and the lenses aren’t fully covered

I don’t know what’s going on with them, but I’ve been waiting a week for my order. I ordered it on 1 July. Apparently, they dispatched it on Friday 3 July. The parcel has been showing as ‘awaiting handover from the sender’ for three days now. Of course, they’ve already sent me the invoice, but the goods are still nowhere to be seen. And it’s just a standard silicone case for a Samsung. Today is already 7 July.

Communication with the shop was great, delivery was quick, the goods were perfectly packaged – I’m really happy with it, it’s just that I ordered a product that doesn’t suit me 😉👍

Great

The goods delivered were of good quality, but the shop’s communication was very poor. The goods were delivered late, albeit by just one day. The tracking information was out of date – it seemed to have been entered manually. There is no telephone contact. These days, their customer service is just like it was in years gone by.

We are sorry about your negative experience with communication and parcel tracking. We are pleased that you were satisfied with the quality of the goods, but we take the delay and insufficient information seriously. We are working to improve customer service and update delivery information.

It’s a bit of a struggle to communicate via WhatsApp… What’s the point of having it there if they don’t answer questions?
