The order did not arrive by the promised date. I received no updates about the prepaid order, and communication was impossible—there was no response to emails, WhatsApp, chat… It was extremely difficult to get anything resolved. Eventually, the chat informed me that the goods, which were listed as in stock, were unavailable, and the order was cancelled. I am waiting for the payment to be refunded.

The store had the item in stock, but kept postponing it: from Tuesday to Wednesday, then from Wednesday to Thursday. On Thursday, the lady or young woman promised me that they would definitely send it on Thursday, but in the end they sent it on Friday in the later hours. So the communication was not great, but the item arrived in good condition, so at least that earns them some points.
