Ordered and paid on 18.01. Estimated dispatch on 22.01, delivery 24.-26.01... shipped 24.01, delivered 29.01... realistically significantly longer than expected and previous orders.

Sorry for the late delivery of your order. Usually we try to adhere to the set time frame, but this time we ran into unexpected problems. We are aware that you had expectations based on previous orders and apologize for any disappointment. Thank you for choosing our company and we would be happy to meet you in case of any compensation or refund.

It takes quite a long time to wait for delivery. The product itself and the price correct.

Great product. Very pleased with the delivery.

The items are excellent, the only delivery time i.e. the exit of the item from the store should be slightly accelerated, the delivery itself is fast.

Worryingly slow delivery for holiday time orders for products ordered with pay-as-you-go.

We apologise for slower deliveries during the festive period. Due to the increased number of orders and cash-on-delivery payments, delivery may take longer. Thank you for your understanding.
