Actually I was shopping through mobilonline only because I was looking for the cheapest price on the market for a very concrete expensive refurbished phone. But it arrived fine, they sent it between branches and within two days it was ready to be picked up. I also ordered a specific protective film and they stuck it on the spot. Great. I hope it wasn't just because I sent my wife to get it and they wanted to keep it there longer :D

All wrong...I was ordering a silicone cover for my phone, I received a plastic, completely different packaging than the one in the photo.It happened to me for the second time, that they sent me from this store a complete product, the quality is terrible.They do not respond to the complaint.

I was buying a Samsung galaxy S25 ultra 1TB. When ordering it was written that when I buy this device I will receive 10000 credits worth 100€ which can be used for further purchase, but I have not received any credits it's been a week since purchase. I wanted to use these credits to buy accessories for the phone cover, protective glass etc. And since carrying a mobile phone without a cover and protective glass is not an option so I had to order it from another site. Had I known right away I would have bought it from another site where the cell phone was cheaper.
